In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or an item that does not meet our advertised standards, we will cover the entire cost of the return. We hope that this never happens, but if it does, rest assured that we will take care of everything.
If you simply need to return an item because it does not suit your needs, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to do so. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging and undamaged factory seal.
Please note that if the return is due to something beyond our control, such as ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the full amount you paid, minus the shipping costs.
